We are looking for a friendly, helpful person to assist new and existing customers to be successful with our products.
Immediate Responsibilities Include
  • Demo our products to potential customers
  • Help customers with support requests
  • Document processes for customers and internal needs
  • Work with the product team to improve products
  • Love for learning and sharing that knowledge
  • By nature, a friendly, helpful human being
  • Being able to read and understand technical documentation
  • Understands the basics of how to use web-based applications
  • Genuinely cares about the success of others
  • Flexibility to be available in the evenings for international customers
  • 2-3 weeks of business travel each year
Desired Background
  • Customer support experience
  • Training experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • SQL Experience (writing queries, understanding databases)
  • Has tinkered with scripting or coding

Vacations and paid holidays
Go on vacation. Take time away. As a guideline we offer 3 weeks of paid leave. Need a few more days? Not a problem. It’s just a number we pulled out of a hat. We will work with you to make sure there is functional coverage while you are away.
Competitive salary
We monitor industry salaries and make sure we’re paying in the the top 25%, based on skills and experience, for every position. Salaries are standardized on the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
Health, Dental and Vision insurance
We offer a multitude of options for Health, Dental, and HSA accounts for you and your family or domestic partner. We pitch in $325 a month to whichever plan you pick.
Paid parental leave
Both our families and your family are very important to us. Whenever you welcome a new baby we encourage you to take up to 12 weeks leave as the primary caregiver and up to 6 weeks as a secondary caregiver at 100% salary. You can choose to take an additional 8 weeks of unpaid leave.
Retirement Planning
100% match 401k Retirement plan. We will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your salary.
Hardware and software
Whatever hardware or software you need to do your job will always be covered by us.
Office stipend
We will work with you to cover any reasonable cost associated with a personal office outside of your home.
Charitable matching
We will match up to $500 a year to any 501c3 organization that you donate to. We love a good cause that excites you.
Fitness allowance
We will pay up to $50 a month for whatever it is that you do to stay in shape.
