Responsibilities
You will be in charge of testing Voice123 yourself and with our users to gather and share knowledge that will lead to its improvement.
You will be responsible for managing our Usuario framework.
Designing, coordinating, and executing usability and value tests.
Performing exploratory tests.
Analyzing the recordings of user sessions.
Performing manual regression tests.
Coordinating the creation of automated tests with our engineers.
Suggesting improvements to our products.
Reporting, confirming, prioritizing, and distributing product bugs.

Requirements
Related professional or learning experiences in the areas of user experience, user research, or user testing, as well as any other experience that will allow us to conclude that you’re passionate about these topics.

Site Reliability Engineer
- Develop and manage Novu’s service infrastructure stack, monitoring, and performance metrics using Chef, Github, Jenkins, Docker and AWS tooling
- Manage, diagnose, and resolve system incidents and internal technical escalations for Novu’s service operations leveraging automation and bug identification to prevent recurrence
- Engage with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Quality Assurance Analysts to diagnose and resolve service problems

Head of Sales Recruiting
Position Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Recruitment to fill the applicant pipeline with highly qualified candidates for all open sales team positions at Toptal.
- Identify and contact A-players who will thrive at Toptal in executive, VP, and team leadership roles.
- Communicate extensively with candidates over a variety of channels, explaining open positions to them and continuously assessing whether they would be good fits.
- Coordinate between key leaders at the company to plan interview funnels that are in line with Toptal’s hiring standards and appropriate for the positions in question.
- Provide interviewers with extensive background information about each candidate.
- Support candidates through the core team interview process as their primary point of contact and stay in touch with interviewers to collect feedback and ensure the interview funnel is executed well.
