Immediate Responsibilities Include
- Demo our products to potential customers
- Help customers with support requests
- Document processes for customers and internal needs
- Work with the product team to improve products
Requirements
- Love for learning and sharing that knowledge

- Being able to read and understand technical documentation
- Understands the basics of how to use web-based applications
- Genuinely cares about the success of others
- Flexibility to be available in the evenings for international customers
- 2-3 weeks of business travel each year

We monitor industry salaries and make sure we’re paying in the the top 25%, based on skills and experience, for every position. Salaries are standardized on the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.

Paid parental leave
Both our families and your family are very important to us. Whenever you welcome a new baby we encourage you to take up to 12 weeks leave as the primary caregiver and up to 6 weeks as a secondary caregiver at 100% salary. You can choose to take an additional 8 weeks of unpaid leave.

100% match 401k Retirement plan. We will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your salary.

Whatever hardware or software you need to do your job will always be covered by us.
Office stipend
We will work with you to cover any reasonable cost associated with a personal office outside of your home.
