JOB DESCRIPTION
My title says it all! I need a guru who has proven experience integrating Intercom with B2B SaaS products!
This job is part designer, part Intercom configurator, part-UX strategist, and part copy writer…. messages after all have to be written, consumed and intuitively understood by real humans.
Here are the Intercom / Product Integration scenarios we need help putting into production:
- Client Success On-Boarding
- User Help / Guidance
- In-App and Customer Support Messaging
- Information Routing / Alerts
- User Preference “Setup”
The list could be MUCH longer.. but if you’re the right freelancer, you know that already!
