Operational Security Manager (CISMP, CISM, CISSP) 
AmaZix is the leading provider of community management services for crypto projects. We specialise in helping projects running on the Ethereum blockchain, especially those building up to their ICOs. Projects we work on include Bancor, BANKEX, WePower, GBX and Cardstack.
We are growing extremely fast and from our founding nine months ago we now have over 100 team members and manage over 60 high level projects, with many more asking to come aboard than we can take. We are profitable and have been since day one.
If you are not technically familiar with blockchain based projects then no problem – it is not required. However some knowledge of what Ethereum is would be useful.
Though our company is based in Hong Kong our team is distributed around the world (primarily Europe).
Your position
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in an Operational Security Manager role, who can demonstrate ownership and accountability of delivering Security IT Services into a dynamic and remote business. 
  • Minimum one of the following Security qualifications; IS027001 lead Auditor, CISMP, CISM or CISSP
  • Excellent communications skills & be able to translate complex security information into layman’s terms for those that are not conversant with security knowledge & services
  • Good knowledge of British & International security standards
  • Ability to work as part of a remote team
  • Ability to develop conceptual models for the delivery of security services
  • Security Risk Management
Responsibilities for this role will include:
  • Managing relationships with the business and with customers
  • Be responsible for all Security related aspects to maintain Security compliance
  • Proactively promote security services
  • Management of security incidents
  • Managing & mitigating threats
  • Writing and maintaining security policies & compliance
  • Adhere to 27001 compliances and develop roadmap to accreditation
  • Ensure operational security input & governance is exercised over all new technical implementations
  • Raise security awareness within the business
  • Manage a security risk register
  • Review & authorise change requests
  • Act as a security point of contact for the business
  • Ensure all security documents are maintained
  • Manage privilege access management
  • Ensure 3rd parties are Security compliant
  • Produce monthly Security report for your line manager

Requirements:
Perfect command of English (written and spoken)
Invoicing structure and proper registration. Willingness to be paid in Ethereum would be a huge plus.

US Campaign Manager

Summary

SumOfUs is hiring a Campaign Manager to help lead our digital campaigning. We have no formal education requirements – if you take on the role and are willing to grow with it, that’s all that matters. This role requires you to be:
  • Experienced with digital-first models of campaigning;
  • A fantastic manager of staff and leader of teams (bonus points for managing teams remotely);
  • Demonstrably able to develop and lead impactful and innovative campaign strategies across at least two issues areas (e.g. access to health care and climate change);
  • Experienced building effective partnerships with advocacy and activist groups;
  • Have a deep understanding of the US political context;
  • Multi-talented and willing to learn and do anything to see the job through;
  • Comfortable in fast-moving work environments;
  • Dedicated to building a fairer and more sustainable global economy;

Big pluses

We don’t expect you to have all of these! A strong candidate will likely have 2 or 3 of them.
  • Proficiency in major world languages other than English — especially Spanish (native-level fluency is even better!);
  • Experience managing a large email list (100,000+ subscribers);
  • Experience with using digital tools (e.g. P2P texting) and tactics for online/offline distributed organizing and mobilization;
  • Experience with online fundraising;
  • Experience working closely with communities affected by corporate accountability issues — from indigenous communities to low-wage workers;
  • Experience working in or closely with the labor movement and/or shareholder activism  movements in the US;

  • Experience working closely with decision-makers at multinational corporations in a CSR context;
  • Deep understanding of the operations, structures, regulations, and incentives within a key industry or corporate sector — technology, finance, agriculture, etc.;
  • Experience living or working in multiple regions of the world;
  • Experience working with mobile technology and user interfaces;
  • Experience using SQL and data and experimentation tools (e.g. Optimizely), ideally in a campaigning environment.

Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on a combination of experience and cost-of-living in the region you live in (for some context: for qualified applicants, this position in New York City will pay between approximately $72,000 and $80,000).

Node & AWS Serverless Backend Engineer

G2i is looking for a backend engineer familiar with Node and the AWS serverless stack including Lambdas, Amazon RDS, Dynamo and Incognito. You will be joining a team of 2 frontend engineers working in React on a long term contract project (Oct 2018 -March 2019) with full time requirements for the duration. This is a brownfield Learning Management System (LMS) with existing code bases on the front and backend.
