Part Time Project Manager

Role

In short our PM’s interface with clients and developers to build world class Shopify sites. After our team onboards a new client, the candidate is responsible to coordinating the project with the developers and making sure it gets out the door in time and with as little bugs as possible. Throughout the life cycle of a project, the client will check in via email a few times a week and have the occasional phone call. The will need to be available on Slack to speak with our development team a few times a day to more often depending on the project and its complexity.

Requirements

– Available 10-30 hours/month
– Available a few hours/day on PST time zone during 9-5
– Experience launching dozens of Shopify sites
– Proficient with HTML/CSS/jQuery and ideally node.js
– Great eye for design
– Previous PM experience ideal 
– Great communication skills (can speak with confidence and clarity to clients)
– Great technical communication skills (relaying info to and from developers)
– Based in US (location agnostic)
– Excellent organization skills. Staying on top of client requests and deadlines is the name of the game.

Contract Lead/Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (2-3 months)

As a Contract Lead Ruby on Rails Developer at Bit Zesty you will be working alongside the product management and UX design teams to make the products we build rock-solid and scalable.

Design

  • Take wireframes/mockups and user stories and build systems that meet the requirements

A Day in the Life

  • Execute and own an individual feature end-to-end (e.g. from distributed service to React)

Remote Customer Success Engineer (Europe)

The Customer Success team is responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting our customers. We start work once a customer decides to use OneSky. We ensure they get the most value from our product and services the moment they decide to use OneSky.
We are looking to grow our team globally to better work with international customers.
Representatives are responsible for working directly with customers to help them get started and succeed in using OneSky, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to engineers. They act as the bridge between our customers and our product design and development teams.

Responsibilities: 

– Communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers. We rely on Zendesk to communicate with customers.  
– Manage customer expectations and own customer communications from initial contact until resolution. We proactively make sure our customers are getting the most they can from OneSky. 
– Become an expert in how OneSky works, what it is capable of, and where it is going 
– Influence the direction of OneSky, the product.
– Provide technical support to clients and efficiently escalate tickets and track issues
– Create issue report with reproducible steps to facilitate fix with engineering team
– Review reported issues and answer customer questions

Position Description

In the role, this person must be able to help DEVEXI customers develop studies, and work with DEVEXI’s development team to provide input to define product features and functionality for future releases.

Skills Required

  • Advanced Degree (PhD or MD) in Epidemiology, Public Health, Infectious Diseases, or a related field

  • At least one published paper in a major journal

  • Experience with data-centric studies, using SAS, R, SQL, or similar.

  • Experience with big data and healthcare data analytics.

  • Provide input into developing future features & functions of DEVEXI

  • Describe requirements for development team

  • Validate output of feature functionality
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
